Renovation of existing historic building in Downtown Denver. Construction included the installation of new millwork, electrical, lighting and mechanical throughout. Custom design, fabrication and installation of 27 golf holes, new bar and seating area, custom seating, art, fixtures, restrooms, party room and even the installation/ re-purposing of an old school bus. New custom floor and ceiling finishes and specialty lighting throughout.
