Tool rental and bulk storage additions added to the existing buildings. The scope of work consists of site work to remove existing paving and sidewalk. The construction of an additional area allocated as mercantile space for the tool rental center and bulk storage, and business for the maintenance room. There is also an exterior secured fenced area for tool rental center materials. The existing building is constructed with a fire impression system which is extended into the tool rental center and bulk storage areas.
